Therapy explores the past to heal wounds. Coaching uses the past to inform the future. We work with what's here now — your patterns, your choices, your next steps — and we do it with practical application in mind.
If you're managing acute trauma or mental health conditions, therapy is the right tool. If you're ready to build something new and need someone to guide the process, coaching is what you need.
Some of my clients are in therapy and coaching simultaneously. They complement each other beautifully.
-
No. Most people come to me because they don't know what they want — or because what they thought they wanted no longer fits.
Clarity isn't a prerequisite. It's the outcome.
-
Yes. I'm neurodivergent myself, and I work in a neuroinclusive way.
That means I adapt to different thinking styles, communication preferences, and processing needs. Some clients prefer structured frameworks. Others need open-ended exploration. Some thrive on weekly accountability. Others need space to integrate between sessions.
We design the coaching around how your brain actually works — not how it's "supposed" to work.
-
It depends entirely on what we're working on.
Some clients work with me for three months to navigate a specific decision. Others stay for a year or longer because we're rebuilding multiple areas of life.
After the Discovery Session, I'll recommend an engagement that makes sense for your goals. You're never locked in — we review and adjust as we go.

This work is not cheap. But it's outstanding.
The Discovery Session is £450 for 90 minutes. It's a coaching session in its own right — you'll leave with clarity and direction whether we work together long-term or not.
If we decide to work together after that, I'll propose a bespoke engagement tailored to your needs. The investment typically ranges from £3,000–£15,000+ depending on duration (3, 6, or 12 months), frequency of sessions, and the depth of work involved.
This isn't coaching-lite. It's deep, sustained, transformational work — and it's priced accordingly.
If finances are genuinely a barrier but you're committed to doing this work, let's talk. I occasionally offer flexible arrangements for the right clients.

Because success on paper doesn't always feel like success in life.
The people I work with aren't broken. They're not failing. They've built impressive careers, businesses, and lives — and they're smart enough to know that something's still missing.
Coaching isn't remedial. It's for people who refuse to settle for "fine" when they know "aligned" is possible.
-
The Discovery Session exists precisely to answer that question.
If after 90 minutes it's clear we're not aligned — different styles, different needs, different expectations — I'll tell you honestly and suggest alternatives.
I'd rather have that conversation early than waste your time or mine pretending it'll work when it won't.
READY TO BEGIN?
Book a Discovery Session — 90 minutes to explore what's really going on, gain clarity on your next steps, and decide if we're a fit.
You'll leave changed, whether we work together or not.
