WHAT MY COACHING ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
Traditional coaching often stays in neat categories and follows rigid structures. People show up saying they want "career clarity" or feel "stuck making a choice."
But before we dive into those surface issues, we step back. We explore patterns. We look at your life as a whole to find out what you really want. We examine relationship dynamics, family patterns, how your mind actually works, and those deep beliefs about success that drive everything you do.
Because it's all connected.
Life doesn't exist in silos, so we don't coach that way.
Sessions are practical and adaptive. We might meet in public or private, walk in a park, or wherever you feel most comfortable and engaged. I always prefer face to face sessions whenever possible, though online is an option.
Sessions will often include breathing exercises, brief meditations, or mindful movement to support nervous system regulation alongside strategic thinking.
Every conversation leads to immediate action. While we explore deeper patterns and beliefs, you'll leave each session with specific, actionable steps you can implement straight away. We identify "easy wins" and delegate-able tasks that create breathing room while building momentum.
I work with many neurodivergent minds—people who've struggled with traditional approaches that try to force square pegs into round holes. As someone on my own neurodivergent journey, I understand how conventional success strategies often don't work when your brain processes differently.

Build What Works We figure out what you actually want your life to look like, break it into manageable steps, and build sustainable habits. I keep you accountable and help you course-correct when life gets messy.
