Values Clarification
Most people operate on inherited or assumed values they've never examined. The gap between stated and lived values creates underlying tension. This tool helps you identify what genuinely matters to you.
Values aren't abstract concepts—they're the lens through which every life decision gets made. Money decisions, career moves, relationship dynamics, time allocation: all filtered through values, whether consciously or unconsciously.
This exercise creates clarity before action. Take your time with each stage.
Stage 1: Initial Selection
Review the values below and select any that strongly resonate with you. Be generous at this stage—mark everything that feels important. You'll need at least 10 selections to continue.
Stage 2: Top 10
From your selections, choose your top 10 values. Click to select, then continue.
Stage 3: Core 5 Values
This is where real clarity emerges. From your top 10, identify your 5 core values. Not everything can be equally important.
Stage 4: Reality Check
For each of your core values, reflect on how it shows up in your daily life. This bridges aspiration and reality.
